1. General information
This Cookie Policy explains how MOCADO websites use cookies and similar technologies, as well as how users can manage their preferences.
This Policy applies to services available under the following domains:
mocado.pl,
mocado.com.pl,
mocado.eu,
and their subdomains, in particular app and api
The operator of the services is Krzysztof Polak, a sole trader, Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6572286992, e-mail: kontakt@polak.net.pl (hereinafter: the “Operator”).

2. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on a user’s device while using a website or online service. They may be used, among other things, to ensure proper website operation, maintain sessions, remember settings and create visit statistics.
The service may also use technologies with similar functionality, such as browser local storage. In this document, the term “cookies” also includes such technologies where they serve a similar purpose.
3. Categories of cookies used
3.1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the proper and secure operation of the service. They may be used, among other things, for:

3.2. Analytics cookies
With the user’s consent, the service may use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated information about how the service is used, such as the number of visits, traffic sources, approximate time spent on individual pages and basic technical information about the device and browser.
This information helps the Operator measure the effectiveness of the service and develop its functions. Analytics cookies are not activated before consent is given.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Use of this service may involve the processing of data by entities within the Google group also outside the European Economic Area, under the rules described in the Privacy Policy and Google documentation.
3.3. Functional cookies
In the future, with the user’s consent, the service may use cookies designed to remember additional preferences and personalise the operation of the application.
If such cookies are implemented, their current list and retention periods will be available in the cookie settings panel.
3.4. Marketing cookies
The service does not currently use cookies for advertising profiling or remarketing.
If such functions are implemented in the future, they will only be activated after separate consent has been obtained, and this Policy and the cookie settings panel will be updated accordingly.

The actual retention period of Google Analytics cookies may depend on the configuration adopted by the Operator and on the user’s settings or actions.
5. Consent and preference management
During the first visit, the user may:
accept all optional cookies;
reject all optional cookies;
select specific categories of cookies.
Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect access to the basic functions of the service, but it may limit functions that depend on optional cookies.
The user may change or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link available on the website.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of activities carried out before its withdrawal.
6. Browser settings
Cookies may also be deleted or blocked in browser settings.
The method of managing cookies depends on the browser and device being used.
Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary cookies, may cause problems with login, forms or other service functions.
7. Services planned for the future
As MOCADO develops, the service may be expanded to include, among other things, a newsletter, electronic payments, SMS notifications or additional integrations.
The launch of such a function does not automatically mean that optional cookies will be used.
If a selected provider uses such cookies, the cookie list and, where required, the consent mechanism will be updated before the integration is launched.
8. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated if the service develops, the technologies used change, service providers change or applicable laws change.
The current version will be published on the website together with the date from which it applies.
