Which devices does MOCADO support?
MOCADO is currently designed for televisions and devices running Android TV. Support for additional platforms and operating systems is planned for future releases.
Do I need an additional media player?
Not always. If your television runs Android TV and meets the application requirements, MOCADO can operate directly on the device without the need for additional hardware.
Can I manage screens from anywhere?
Yes. The platform is cloud-based, so all you need is a web browser and an Internet connection. You can publish new content, update schedules and monitor devices from any location.
Can I manage multiple screens at the same time?
Yes. MOCADO allows you to manage both a single screen and a large network of devices. Screens can be grouped by location, customer, branch or any other custom criteria.
Can I schedule content in advance?
Yes. The platform allows you to create schedules based on dates, times, days of the week and recurring events. This ensures that the right content is displayed automatically at the scheduled time.
What are playlists?
A playlist is a collection of media files displayed in a specific order. You can combine images, videos and other content, then assign the playlist to selected screens or groups of screens.
Which file formats does MOCADO support?
The platform supports the most common image and video formats. The list of supported formats will continue to expand with future versions of the system.
Can I group screens?
Yes. Screens can be organized into groups based on location, region or any other custom criteria. This makes it much faster to publish content across multiple devices at the same time.
Can MOCADO display emergency messages?
Yes. The platform has been designed to allow currently displayed content to be replaced immediately with an important message. This feature can be used to publish urgent information or safety announcements.
Can multiple users access the platform?
Yes. MOCADO allows you to create multiple user accounts with assigned roles and permissions. This ensures that each user can access only the features and data they need.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Communication between devices and the platform is encrypted, and the system uses authentication and permission management mechanisms to protect customer data and digital assets.
